A stylish cocktail with a shimmering silver translucency and the cool, refreshing flavors of anise and lemon. Serve either over ice or strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients:
- Silver Tequila – 2 ounces
- Pernod – 1 ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/2 ounce
- Star Anise – optional
Method:
- Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass or into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a star anise.
