Instead of doing shots with the bottle of Mezcal, why not shake up this effervescent agave take on the classic buck – a much more tasty and refreshing way to enjoy the worm. For lighter ginger flavor, you may substitute ginger ale for the ginger beer.
Ingredients:
- Mezcal – 2 ounces
- Fresh Lime Juice – 1 ounce
- Superfine Sugar – 1 tsp
- Ginger Beer – 3 to 4 ounces, chilled
Method:
- Shake all the ingredients but the ginger beer vigorously with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Serve.
