Whisky Highball

Here’s a classis from the gallery of all-time highball favourites, all of which are simple and quick to make, as well as being equally delicious to drink. The version here uses ginger ale, but soda water would be equally suitable.

Ingredients:

  • Whisky – 2 parts
  • Ginger Ale or Soda Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • A twist of Lemon Peel

Method:

  1. Pour the whisky into a highball glass over the ice cubes.
  2. Top up with ginger ale.
  3. Add the twist of lemon peel.
  4. Stir and Serve.
