Slow Comfortable Screw

A classic American South drink, this is a whisky variant on the vodka-based Screwdriver.

Ingredients:

• Southern Comfort – 1 part
• Fresh Orange Juice – 6 parts
• Ice Cubes
• Banana Slices

Method:

1. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add the Southern Comfort, followed by the Orange juice, and shake thoroughly.
3. Strain into a lowball glass over more ice.
4. Garnish with the banana slices.
5. Serve.
