Long Vodka is a vodka based cocktail popular in Scotland and in some parts of England.
Ingredients:
- Angostura Bitters
- Vodka – 1 shot
- Dash of Lime
- Lemonade to top up to fill level
- Twist of Lime
Method:
- Add a few drops of Angostura bitters to a chilled highball glass.
- Swirl around so that the whole glass is coated.
- Empty out excess and add ice.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with a twist of lime.
- Serve with a straw.
