The Blue Curacao gives this stylish cocktail its striking colour – the gin, its punch. You can vary the recipe by reducing the amount of gin by one part but making up for this by using Cointreau and substituting lime juice for the lemon juice.
- Gin – 3 parts
- Blue Curacao – 1 part
- Lemon Juice – 1 part
- Crushed Ice
- Slice of Lemon
- Quarter fill a cocktail shaker with the crushed ice.
- Add all the ingredients in the same order given.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with the slice of lemon.
