This is a martini with a difference, first devised and mixed in Harry’s Bar in Venice. Today, it has become such a popular choice that it is widely available in ready-mixed bottled form.
- Gin – 6 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 1 part
- Campari – 3 parts
- Ice Cubes
- Mix the gin, vermouth and Campari together in a bar glass.
- Add a few ice cubes.
- Strain into a martini glass and serve ungarnished.
