For most people, Bombay, in drinking terms, is associated with Bombay gin, but this powerful cocktail must have raised a few eyebrows during the heady days of the British Raj.
- Brandy – 2 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 1 part
- Sweet Vermouth – 1 part
- Anisette – 1/4 tsp
- Triple Sec – 1/2 tsp
- Ice Cubes
- Quarter-fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the ingredients and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Serve un-garnished.
