- Grenadine – 3 dashes
- Egg Yolk – 1
- Brandy – 2 parts
- Orange Curacao – 1 part
- Ice Cubes
- Half fill the shaker with the ice cubes.
- Add the grenadine, egg yolk, brandy and curacao.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled champagne saucer.
