The corkscrew cocktail is made from light rum, dry vermouth and peach brandy. Garnish with lime slices, it is served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients:
- Light Rum – 3 parts
- Dry Vermouth – 1 part
- Peach Brandy – 1 part
- Ice cubes
- Lime Slices
Method:
- Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rum, vermouth and the peach brandy.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime slices.
- Serve.
