Corkscrew Recipe

The corkscrew cocktail is made from light rum, dry vermouth and peach brandy. Garnish with lime slices, it is served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

  • Light Rum – 3 parts
  • Dry Vermouth – 1 part
  • Peach Brandy – 1 part
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime Slices

Method:

  1. Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the rum, vermouth and the peach brandy.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with the lime slices.
  6. Serve.
