Straight from the Ritz Hotel Bar in Paris comes this sunny, citrusy variation of the classic French 75, a great alternative to serve at brunch in place of the usual Mimosa.
- Gin – 1/2 ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/2 ounce
- Fresh Mandarin Juice – 1/2 ounce
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Brut Champagne – 4 ounces, chilled
- Shake all the ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass and slowly top with champagne.
