Ritz 75 Recipe

Straight from the Ritz Hotel Bar in Paris comes this sunny, citrusy variation of the classic French 75, a great alternative to serve at brunch in place of the usual Mimosa.


  • Gin – 1/2 ounce
  • Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/2 ounce
  • Fresh Mandarin Juice – 1/2 ounce
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Brut Champagne – 4 ounces, chilled


  1. Shake all the ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled glass and slowly top with champagne.
  3. Serve.
