Named after the American Jockey Club, this cocktail has come a long way from the basic gin-and-bitters drink.
- Gin – 2 ounces
- Crème de Noyaux – 1/4 ounce
- White Crème de Cacao – 1/4 ounce
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 1/4 ounce
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
