Flamingo Recipe

As the name suggests, this drink is indeed Flamingo Pink, compliments of the grenadine. But the saving grace is tart lime juice, which wonderfully counterbalances all that apricot brandy and grenadine sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • Gin – 1 1/2 ounces
  • Apricot Brandy – 1/2 ounce
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1/2 ounce
  • Grenadine – 1/4 ounce

Method:

  1. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Serve.
