Although guanabana fruit is not often available in American markets, guanabana nectar or juice is available almost everywhere. It’s delicately floral, creamy white, incredibly delicious. And it blends perfectly with bananas.
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 ounce créme de banane
- ½ ounce cherry liqueur
- 3 ounces guanabana nectar
- 1 ½ ounces banana nectar
- Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarters full with ice.
- Add all the ingredients, cover, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.
