Don’t be fooled by its beautiful blue color—blue curacao is potently orange in flavor.

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces blue curacao
• 2 ounces white rum
• 4 ounces lemonade

Method:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker three-quarter full with ice.
2. Add all three ingredients,cover, and shake well.
3. Strain into chilled martini glasses without ice.
4. Or strain into small cocktail glasses with fresh ice.
