Find the warmth of the Spanish Mediterranean in this aromatic cocktail, in which apricot brandy and Cointreau give gin a decidedly sunny disposition.
Ingredients:
Gin – 2 ounces
Cointreau – 1 ounce
Apricot Brandy – 1 ounce
Method:
1. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
