Cherries Jubilation

Published under: Cocktails

Call me old-fashioned, but I still serve cherries jubilee at dinner parties. So it seemed a natural to turn this delicious desert into a party drink. It’s best made with fresh sweet cherries, but frozen will do in a pinch.

INGREDIENTS:
12 large, sweet cherries, pitted
1 cup Ice
½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 ounce brandy
1 ½ ounces cherry liqueur

METHOD:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly.
3. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
