Named after the weather phenomenon that keeps the Northeast steamy during the summer, this drink is the perfect way to bring the mercury down.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ice
¼ cup tamarind nectar
1 ½ ounces vanilla liqueur
1 ½ ounces blue Curacao
METHOD:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly.
3. Blend on high for 20 second, or until the drink is completely smooth.
Variations
BERMUDA CRUISE Increase the ice to 3 cups. Add 1 ounce white rum and 1 ounce crème de banane before blending.
BERMUDA LOW Increase the ice to 3 cups. Add 2 ounces coconut rum before blending.
BERMUDA SHORTS Increase the ice to 3 cups. Add 1 ounce spiced rum and 1 ounce cherry liqueur before blending.
BERMUDA TRIANGLE Increase the ice to 3 cups. Add 2 ounces gold rum before blending.
