Cocobelle Recipe

If you have a steady hand, this drink can be served with pretty swirls of color up the sides. Youngsters will no doubt be keen to help you with this one!

INGREDIENT:

3 measures cold milk

1 measure coconut cream

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

3-4 ice cubes

Dash grenadine

Long-shred coconut, toasted, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Whizz the first four ingredients in a blender until slushy.

2. Chill a tall glass and gently dribble a few splashes of grenadine down the insides.

3. Pour in the slush slowly so not all the color is dissolved immediately and sprinkle with toasted coconut or flakes of fresh coconut.
