The Algonquin Recipe

INGREDIENT:

½ measure rye whiskey

½ measure dry vermouth

¼ measure pineapple juice

Ice cubes

METHOD:

1. Shake all the ingredients over the ice until well frosted.

2. Strain into an ice-filled-old-fashioned glass.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
