Banana freezes well, so it is great to use as a stirrer or finish to banana cocktails. Cut the fruit into a long thin strips or diagonal slices and freeze briefly.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure peach schnapps
1 measure banana liqueur
1 measure apricot brandy
1-2 measures orange juice
Ice
Banana, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Mix the first three ingredients well with orange juice to taste.
2. Pour into a tumbler full of ice and finish with few pieces of banana, fresh or frozen.
