Spicy Potato

Ingredients:-

Potatoes – 4 – 5 medium sized
Tomatoes – 2 – 3 blanched & made into a puree
Coriander leaves – about 15 – 20 stems
Garlic paste – 2 tsps OR Garlic cloves – 8 – 10
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Sesame seeds(til seeds), coriander seeds(dhania), cumin seeds (jeera) – roasted lightly & ground  (about 2 to 3 tsps)
Green chillies – 4 (or accd to spice)
Onions – 2 medium sized finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:-

Boil the potatoes & cut them into small cubes.
Grind together green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste & coriander leaves to a paste.
Take a pan, add oil, add the chopped onions & saute it till transparent.
Add the coriander paste & fry it for some time.
Then add the blanched tomato puree. Fry for some time till the mixture leaves oil from the sides.
Then add the boiled potatoes, the ground sesame-cumin-coriander pdr, salt & cover & cook it well till the flavours are absorbed properly.
