For a stunning party effect, quickly dip the rim of the glass first in one of the liqueurs, then into a mixture of cocoa and caster sugar.
INGREDIENT:
Cocoa powder
Caster sugar
1 measure coconut cream
1 measure coconut rum
1 measure crème de cacao
1 measure milk
Ice
METHOD:
1. Frost the rim of the glass using a little liqueur, cocoa powder and sugar. Set aside to dry.
2. Mix the first four ingredients together and pour over ice in a tumbler.
