Raspberry Mist Recipe

The perfect celebration drink for a ruby wedding anniversary.

INREDIENT:

6 measures Irish mint honey liqueur

450g/1 lb raspberries

Crushed ice

4 bottles sparkling dry white wine, well chilled

24 raspberries, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Whiz the liqueur and raspberries in a blender with a cup of crushed ice.

2. When lightly frozen, divide between chilled champagne bowls and top up with the wine.

3. Top each with a raspberry.
