Velvet Mule Recipe

This mule has an interesting kick of anise and ginger-a surprisingly good mix, especially with unique flavors from the cola.

INGREDIENT:

1 measure cassis

1 measure black Sambuca

2 measures ginger wine

Cola

Soda or sparkling white wine, chilled

METHOD:

1. Stir the first three ingredients over ice until well frosted.

2. Strain into a frosted flute and top up with equal quantities of cola and soda or sparkling wine.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
