Sweet Chutney

Sweet Chutney
Ingredients:
Dates – 10, seeds removed
Tamarind Extract – 1 cup
Dry Red Chillies – 4
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Jaggery – little
Raisins – 10
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and grind to a fine paste.
2. Strain this paste and transfer to a heavy-bottomed bowl.
3. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes till it has a thick pouring consistency
4. Remove and dilute with water before serving.

Traditionally, this dish is not garnished with corriander leaves.
