Sparkling wine is good to enjoy any time and this is a particularly refreshing way to drink it.
INGREDIENT:
1 lump sugar
2 sprigs mint
Sparkling white wine, chilled
Fruit, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Place the sugar in the base of a chilled flute with one bruised spring of mint.
2. Add the bubbly and the other sprig of mint and any fruit in season you wish.
