Surprisingly and very definitely not shaken on this occasion, or stirred!
INGREDIENT
1 sugar cube
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 measure vodka, chilled
Champagne, chilled
METHOD:
1. Moisten the sugar with the angostura bitters and place in the base of a chilled flute.
2. Cover with the vodka and then top up with champagne.
