A wicked improvement on the simple cassis and white wine drink.
INGREDIENT:
Few drops cassis or to taste
½ measure brandy
Champagne, chilled
METHOD:
1. Put the cassis and brandy into the base of a flute.
2. Top up champagne to taste.
