A knockout version of a champagne cocktail, not to be drunk too quickly.
1 measure brandy
1 measure Madeira wine or muscatel
3 drops Curacao
2 drops Angostura bitters
Orange peel, to decorate
1. Shake the first four ingredients together over ice and strain into a chilled flute.
2. Top up with champagne to taste and finish with a fine curl of orange peel.
