Serpentine Recipe

Living up to its name, this green bubbly concoction has hidden secrets. Don’t forget to chill the champagne for at least two hours before mixing.

INGREDIENT:

½ measure green crème de menthe

Cracked ice

Curl or twist of lime peel

Champagne, chilled

1 tsp lime zest, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Pour the crème de menthe into the base of a flute with ice and the curl of lime peel.

Pour in the champagne and finish with a sprinkle of zest.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
