Whether it blows hot or cold, champagne cocktails are a treat for any occasion and this one is as refreshing as it is colorful.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure gin
½ measure cherry brandy
½ measure lemon juice
1-2 dashes syrup de gomme
½ scoop crushed ice
Champagne, chilled
Cherries, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake together all but the champagne over ice until frosted and strain into the base of a champagne glass.
2. Top up with chilled champagne and decorate with fresh cherries.
