Lady Luck Recipe

The pear and apple flavors give a deep fruitiness to the final cocktail, so you could equally well use a sparkling white wine as the base.

INGREDIENT:

1 measure Calvados

1 measure pear nectar or

½ measure pear liqueur

Slice of firm ripe pear, to decorate

Champagne, chilled

METHOD:

1. Pour the Calvados and pear nectar or liqueur into a chilled flute with the slice of pear.

2. Top up with chilled champagne.
