Champagne always gives you a lift and this one, with its added ingredients, is the perfect anytime booster.
INGREDIENT:
Ice
3 dashes Fernet Branca
3 dashes Curacao
1 measure brandy
Champagne, chilled
Lemon peel, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Place the ice in a wine glass to chill.
2. Stir in the other ingredients gradually and top up with the champagne.
Dress with a twist of lemon peel.
