The Bentley Recipe

Champagne cocktails tend to be better and better the more you drink.

INGREDIENT:

½ measure cognac or brandy

½ measure peach liqueur

Brandy or schnapps

Juice of 1 passion fruit, sieved

1 ice cube

Champagne, chilled

METHOD:

1. Mix the first three ingredients together gently in a chilled glass.

2. Add one ice cube and slowly pour in champagne to taste.
