A romantic era produced some delightful music and this elegant drink brinks that mood bang up to date.
INGREDIENT:
1 measure gin
1 measure apricot brandy
½ tsp stems ginger syrup
Champagne, chilled
Slices of ripe fresh mango, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Pour the gin and brandy into a chilled flute.
2. Trickle the ginger syrup slowly down the glass and then top up with champagne.
3. Add a piece of fruit to finish.
