This bright and cheerful cocktail is easy to prepare for lots of guests and you certainly don’t need to wait for Christmas to enjoy it.
INGREDIENT:
1 cube sugar
Splash brandy
Generous splash
Cranberry juice, chilled
Champagne, chilled
Few raspberries, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Place a sugar cube in the base of a chilled champagne glass.
2. Add the brandy and allow soaking in, then splash on the cranberry juice.
3. At the last moment, top up with champagne and float one or two raspberries on the top.
