San Remo

Next time you cut up a citrus fruit, put any left-over slices in the freezer, as they make great flavored ice cubes.

INGREDIENT:

½ measure grapefruit juice

¼ measure triple sec

¼ measure mandarin liqueur

Ice

Champagne, chilled

Slices of frozen citrus fruit, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Mix the first three ingredients with ice in a tall glass.

2. Top up with champagne and dress with fruit.
