If you cannot find cinnamon syrup, you may have to make your own!
INGREDIENT:
2 measures vodka
2 measures pear puree
3/5 measure cinnamon syrup
4/5 measure cranberry and blackcurrant juice
Ice
Champagne, chilled
Slice of pear, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Shake the first four ingredients over ice until well frosted.
2. Strain into a chilled flute and top up with champagne.
Dress with pear.
