A number of cocktails are known simply by initials. In this case, FBR stands for frozen brandy and rum. Others seem to be quite obscure and, in one or two instances, slightly naughty.
INGREDIENT:
6-8 crushed ice cubes
2 measures brandy
1 ½ measure white rum
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
1 egg white
METHOD:
1. Put the chorused ice cubes, brandy, rum, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a blender.
2. Blend until slushy and pour into a chilled highball glass.
