Rum Cooler

The characteristic sweetness and perfume of rum blends with so many exotic fruits. You could try this with mango and lychee.

INGREDIENT:

2 ice cubes

Juice of 1 lime

1 ½ measures rum

1 ½ measure pineapple juice

1 medium size ripe banana, cut into chunks

Lime peel, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Whizz all the ingredients in a blender for about a minute or until smooth.

2. Pour over ice into a chilled glass and finish with a twist of peel.
