An irresistible melding of perfect partners-rum, cherry, chocolate and cream – this cocktail is almost too good to be true.
INGREDIENT:
4-6 cracked ice cubes
2 measures white rum
1 measure kirsch
1 measure white crème de cacao
1 measure single cream
Grated chocolate
Cocktail cherry, to decorate
METHOD:
1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Pour the rum, kirsch, crème de cacao and cream over the ice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
2. Strain into a chilled highball glass. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and decorate with a cocktail cherry.
