Mount Etna Recipe

Not surprisingly this is a fairy explosive cocktail. It may not work for the first time but, if it does, handle with care!

INGREDIENT:

2 measures whiskey

2 measure pure orange juice

Shell of ½ lime, squeezed empty

1 ½ measures Cointreau

METHOD:

1. Mix the whiskey, orange and lime juice in an old-fashioned glass.

2. Soak the lime shell in the Cointreau in a small pan for about 10 minutes.

3. Warm the Cointreau carefully over a low heat. Hold the lime shell in a large spoon, fill it with Cointreau and ignite carefully.

4. Lower immediately into the glass. Allow flames to finish and the glass rim to cool before drinking.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
