Ingredients:
4-6 cracked ice cubes
Dash of Pernod
Dash of Angostura bitters
2 measures gin
1 measure dry vermouth
Lemon peel twist, to decorate.
Method:
- Put the ice cubes into the mixing glass and dash the Pernod and angostura bitters over them.
- Pour in the gin and vermouth and stir well to mix.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail or wine glass and decorate with a twist of lemon.
