Honey Mustard Sauce

Dijon Mustard – 1/3 cup
Red Wine Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp
Garlic – 1 clove, finely chopped (optional)
Salt as per taste
Honey – 1/2 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Olive Oil – 1 tsp (optional)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
3. Store in a clean jar and keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days.
4. Use as desired.
