Sukku Malli Coffee (Dry Ginger Coffee)

Coriander Seeds – 150 gms
Dry Ginger (Sukku) – 50 gms
Black Peppercorns – 10 gms
Thippili – 10 gms
Chitirathai – 10 gms, crushed
Sathaguppai – 10 gms
Palm Sugar as required

1. Dry roast all the ingredients except palm sugar.
2. Cool and grind them together to a fine powder.
3. Transfer to a clean, airtight container.
4. Add 2 tsp of the powder to a glass of water.
5. Add sugar and gently boil.
6. Remove and strain into a serving glass.
7. Serve at once.
