Ingredients:
Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves, peeled, crushed
Coriander Leaves – big handful, chopped
Small Onions (Shallots) – 2 to 3, chopped
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Add the garlic, coriander leaves and onions to a pan.
2. Add enough water and bring to a boil.
3. When the ingredients are well mashed, strain the liquid into serving bowls.
4. Add salt and serve hot, at once.
