Masala Garlic Pori (Masala Garlic Puffed Rice) Recipe

A delicious, simple to make and great snack suited for any occasion and any time. Typically found near the beaches, these days you can find them in any fast food/chaat outlet.
Masala Garlic Pori (Masala Garlic Puffed Rice)

Ingredients:
Pori (Puffed Rice) – 1 cup
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Roasted Gram – little
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Garlic – 6 cloves, crushed
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Mustard Seeds – little
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Fry the mustard seeds and red chillies for 30 seconds.
3. Add the garlic, turmeric powder, roasted gram, peanuts, pori and salt.
4. Stir-fry for a minute or two.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl.
6. Serve at once.
