Nendrangai (Kerala Plantain) – 3, medium
Coconut Oil – as required

1. Peel and slice the plantains into thin rounds.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the sliced plantains till light golden brown.
4. Remove and drain excess oil.
